1Introduction & Eligibility

• Minimum deposit: ৳500 (five hundred BDT).

5Gaming Rules

6Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Ace 7 platform. Violations may result in account closure and legal action.

• Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds.
• Claiming bonuses through fraudulent means or misusing bonus offers.
• Creating multiple accounts.
• Using automated betting software, bots, or hacking tools.
• Unauthorized access to another user's account.
• Impersonating an Ace 7 employee or representative.
• Attempting to reverse engineer the platform's software.
• Allowing minors to use your account or operating an account on their behalf.

7Account Suspension & Closure

Ace 7 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close a user's account under the following circumstances.

• Suspected or confirmed breach of the terms and conditions.
• Failure to provide the required KYC verification documents within the specified timeframe.
• Opening an account using false or misleading information.
• If the account has been inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months).
• Self-exclusion at the user's own request.

If an account is closed for reasons other than a breach of these terms, any valid balance remaining will be refunded within 30 business days. Users may also close their own account at any time — contact our support team to do so.
