Account & Registration

All you need to open an account on Ace 7 is an active Bangladeshi mobile number and your personal details. Registration is completely free and takes just 3–5 minutes. You will need to provide:
  • Active mobile number (Bangladeshi)
  • Full Name & Date of Birth
  • A strong password
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
After registration, simply verify your account with the OTP sent to your mobile and you're all set.

No, under Ace 7's policy, each person is allowed only one account. Creating multiple accounts may result in all of them being suspended and any deposited funds being forfeited. If you're having trouble accessing your existing account, please contact support directly rather than opening a new one.

After logging in, you can update your profile details from "Account Settings". Changing your name or date of birth may require identity verification. To change your mobile number, please contact the support team, as it is linked to OTP verification.

KYC is not required for registration or general gameplay. However, identity verification may be needed for large withdrawals. Uploading a photo of your NID or passport will complete the verification process. This is done solely to keep your account secure.

A wagering requirement is the number of times you need to place bets on a bonus before you can withdraw.
